Fourwaves in 2 minutes (maybe 3)
You’ve heard of Fourwaves, but you’re still wondering: what the heck is this?
Simply put, Fourwaves facilitates the organization of events.
Ahhh, I know something similar … EventBee … EventBro … EventBrexit … no … Ah! I know, EventBrite! That’s it! So Fourwaves is like EventBrite, but with a weird name?

Made for very special events
Being born in a university research center, Fourwaves inherited a very special DNA.
It specializes in the organization of knowledge and scientific events: symposiums, colloquiums, workshops, congresses and conferences.
Organizers of these events have specific needs not addressed by current solutions:
- Event website
- Registrations (not just their name and email)
- Payments (more than just ticket sales)
- Abstracts submissions and their revision
- Name tags
- Abstract/Presentation booklet
- Share the event content
- Communicate with participants
Many tools exist to manage these tasks one by one, but as Lao Tzu said:

No joke, I’m organizing an event, what do I do?
Go to http://fourwav.es, click on ‘Create’, enter the basic info and voila! Your event is created (in private mode for now).
Then, via the organizer panel, personalize it:
- Content of your website pages: event description, speakers, date, location, shared files, sponsor logos, banner, colors, etc.) ;
- Registration form: text-answer, multiple-choice, checkboxes and set early/late fees for any form options ;
- Abstract submission form: title, list of authors, abstract body, prensentation types (oral, poster, etc.) and their submission dates. Add any other question ;
- Add committee members so they can contribute ;
How long to configure and launch an event?
If you have all the elements in hand, an event can be created and launched in 20–30 minutes.
My event is launched, but I want to add something.
No problemo amigo! Fourwaves allows you to update content, add questions to your forms, update the event schedule, etc.
What happens next?
Share your awesome event website and participants will be able to register, submit their abstracts and pay easily. They will receive an automated and personalized email confirmation and a receipt by email (if they made a payment).
